Swedenfixer supports film and TV teams from early story development to field production — researching leads, securing access, and managing all practical arrangements.
When crews arrive in Sweden, I take care of logistics and on-site production needs. And for productions that prefer to work fully remotely, I can assemble and run a complete local crew.
With a background in journalism and visual production, and as the founder of Sustainalists — a network connecting international productions with talent already on location — I provide streamlined, editorially solid production support across Sweden. Fluent in Swedish, English, and German, I ensure smooth communication at every step.

I worked as the local camera operator for the taff special “Christmas in Sweden,” broadcast shortly before Christmas on ProSieben. Filmed a wide range of scenes showcasing Swedish holiday traditions. Collaborated closely with the Webertainment production team, managed on-location logistics, and delivered broadcast-ready footage under tight deadlines.

The film portrays everyday life in Sweden’s far-north Fjäll: long postal routes, high-altitude mountain huts, Sámi reindeer herding under pressure, supervised bear hunts and challenging rescue missions. I contributed as an editor on part of the documentary.

Long COVID has been called an invisible public health crisis. Millions globally are suffering from the long-term effects of COVID for months or even years after the initial infection.

I created a video for LeadIT in connection with Stockholm+50, highlighting how the initiative brings together countries, companies and industry experts to achieve net-zero emissions from heavy industries by 2050. My work included filming and editing the clip for their campaign.

Sustainable in Europe explores how European communities are revisiting old ideas, updating them with modern technology, and cutting emissions in the process. By highlighting practical innovations that lower both carbon footprints and household costs, the film shows how climate action can also mean saving money. I was the Sweden Producer for this film.

Extreme weather driven by climate change is hitting Europe hard. From floods and tidal surges to droughts and wildfires, the continent faces both too much and too little water. Zero Hour captures how these growing extremes are becoming permanent – and why humanity must adapt now to avoid far worse impacts.

Sweden took a distinctive approach to the pandemic, avoiding lockdowns and relying on individual responsibility. Early infection and death rates were far higher than in neighboring countries but later stabilized as the economy held up comparatively well. The project examines what worked, what failed—especially in elderly care—and whether the Swedish model could be applied elsewhere.

I was commissioned to produce a short film about the collaboration between SEI and the Stockholm Sustainable Finance Centre in delivering an IFC-initiated executive education program for bankers from emerging markets.

In 2018 I worked as a local fixer for Taglicht Media on the ARTE series Cruising the Baltic Sea – A Summer on the Water. Supporting a four-person crew on location in Sweden, I handled logistics, permits and local coordination for the Swedish segment of this five-part journey across the Baltic region.
Climate change is reshaping how global productions work. Many of the productions I have been involved in rotate around the subject of sustainability.
And I’ve made changes of the way I live in my private life, now I also wanted to bring that mindset into the professional world. Through SwedenFixer—and as founder of Sustainalists—I help international productions reduce travel by providing the possibility to work with local talent already on the ground in Sweden.
It’s about making great stories possible while keeping productions fast, efficient, and more sustainable.
